The eagle-eyed among you will notice my XI-Prof image in the sidebar says “Hum♀ F1A” yet most people who played FFXI with me from 2004 until today would remember I was in fact a Hume Male.
Well, that changed last night: the promised race change feature was finally enabled in FFXI, and as soon as I saw it last night, I gave SE my 1650yen (US$11 + tax) and changed from Hume M F1A (size medium) to Hume F F1A (size large).
This corrects what I consider a 21-year-old mistake.
I’m approaching the end of Duties, Tasks, and Deeds. I need 50,000 more Nyzul Tokens, and I should easily be able to get this finished this week. While it would’ve been nice to run Nyzul with others, I’ve found starting at Floor 1 and going into focus mode and exiting with about 10 minutes left on the clock has been way more efficient than trying to do this with others.
Seems I’ll be able to get this finished by the time my birthday rolls around next Sunday.
